Refunds will only be issued for faulty or not as described unused items(s). All other returns will be issued store credit. We will refund your money, provided the returned item(s) are received back in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, or non-returnable.  The item(s) need to be returned along with a copy of the original invoice. You will be refunded both the cost of the item(s) and the original shipping cost.


If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item and want to return your purchase for an exchange. Please contact me first via e-mail and return your item back to me and once received, you will be issued a gift voucher to shop for something else.
In both cases, the return shipping cost is at the buyers expense, but you will not be charged the replacement shipping fee.
I am not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
